    Redesign for execution

    We help improve architecture, workflows, evaluation methods, tool usage, and governance to the standard required for production. No demoware.

    Run the improvement loop

    We continuously observe live behavior, critique outputs and actions, detect degradation, and feed improvements back into the system over time.
